Since I've had to take a break due to my stomach battles (I still lifted weights when I could, but didn't really have any plan to follow) and lost pretty much whatever muscle I had, I'm having to re-start over AGAIN from an even worse state than before. So once again since I LOVE Erin Stern I'm going to follow her plan for the most part and the principles of heavy weights and lower reps as well as incorporating compound, olympic, and powerlifting moves to hopefully add some size...Go to workout program
