I would like to say thanks to BSN and bodybuilding.com for putting on this challenge. You have helped me transform my body. I was not sure I had it in me to be able to stick with the strict diet and long days going to work and still working out so late at night only to get up at 5:00 am and do it all over again. When I started this 12 weeks ago, I immersed myself in all aspects of lifting weights, cardio, nutrition and supplements. Trying to find any info that would help take me to my fullest...
