Being tall and lacking hip flexibility deadlifts have never been my strong suit but I continue to make them part of my workout routine. Today just when I started to feel good about the progress I have made with my so called "lifts" some punk @ssed little b!tch walks up to the bar and lifts my weight...cold! Needless to say my workout was over and my ego crushed!
