Hi Y'all, Wednesday saw me terribly exhausted due to late nights at the office but I manage to do this quickie in the AM: One-minute straight of the following: Push-ups Crunches Squats Try to complete each exercise and as many reps as you can with good form and full range of motion. MY GOALS: I have to goals - build my shoulders up / out, build / strength my legs.
