(written Day 3 because I had to get to bed early Day 2) Today was day two of the COR Challenge and a leg day! Oh leg day, why is it so daunting all the time?! Had to do the workout in a bit of a speedy pace because I had to get to work but managed to get a solid workout in. Ate great all day long and met my protein macro BUT after our nightly Tuesday softball game I drank a corona and had some non paleo cheese and flour tortilla with some chicken fajitas.
