1Â gallon of water per day! I typically go for clean organic fresh foods. I love my farmers markets and local farms to get ispiritation for my meals. I only eat organic meats and will not eat pork or beef, I don't drink milk either. I am trying to learn more about foods and how to create more balanced portions.
