Do you know that? Its getting close to the Time where you had your Workout scheduled and you're so not feeling it. Your sitting on the Couch, are jawning like a Pro and just feel 100% BLAH. You start to think maybe Today should be a Rest Day. Wouldn't be to bad if I would just miss this single Workout. Tomorrow will be a better Day and sometimes you need to rest in order to have Progress they say. Basicly you're just looking....no you're desperately searching for Excuses. I truely believe what...
