Reason for taking: I have tasted a TON of different protein powders; and this have been my absolute favorite by far! It tastes delicious as a smoothie or just with plain cold water:) I am addicted to putting it in my coffee now...DELISH!!! :)

3:57pm...Snack Time So for a snack today, as it is everyday...I am having a strip of homemade fruit leather! No extra sugar, just boiled down fruit and juice that my gf found on that "Pinterest" place. Also, a half cup of homemade granola. Just bake some oatmeal and honey and walllllah! Homemade granola. And to cap off snack time...a good old Sargento Light string cheese. This is all pre-workout (as I am about 2 hours away from gym time. Eating... Go to BodyBlog
