Incline chest vertical lift w/dumbbells, 45 degree, 35 Lbs, 4 sets of 12 reps each: 8 mins. Incline chest lateral w/dumbbells, 20 degree, 25 Lbs, 4 sets of 10 reps each: 8 mins.
