Today I completed my first Workout.  I feel overwhelmed that I have such a long way to go to get to my goal physique, but I have to keep reminding myself that if I take it one workout at a time, I will begin to see changes that will build upon themselves.  I feel good about my workout today, and feel that I did what I set out to do without over doing it for my first day in the gym.  I tend to be an over-achiever at first and then dribble off to a mere nothing later on, so it is...
