Okay i think i need some advice! Ive been on a meal plan for about two weeks now eating 1300 cal a day. As of yesterday im finding it really hard to finish my meals and im only consuming about 830 cal a day. My stomach seems to be shrinking and im constantly full. If i dont force the calories i will lose my muscles correct? 😭😰😵

Its been a while since i was last on here, but i havent stopped grinding in the gym. Two year old and business expanding the last year, had to cut and make time from somewhere . I am back in search of the spark I got from all of you guys and gals at the start of my fitness journey. God bless and thank you all for the motivation
