"Trust the process" is a common phrase a coach may use. A good coach will know how to get you the results you desire in an efficient and suitable timeframe. Lets not forget, this is a lifestyle and we want to continue to improve our internal and external health. If you rush the process you will see negative lobg term effects, trust me. Have seen many coaches or individuals rush the process and completely demolish their metabolism and hormonal balances. Be smart people, be patient, and do your research when hiring a coach or doing things on your own. We hear the term, calories in and calories out. But do you know how much deficit or surplus you require to sustain results? Do you know how to increase workoutloads to gain lean muscle? You can keep abs while gaining lean mass, no joke!
