Last day of weights is my least favorite... Arms and shoulders! But they need love too ha! Hubby's making up for it and taking me to my fav spot, Lifetime Garland. If u ever see a chick in Gar/dallas/plano and u think that b!+@$ is crazy! Its me come say hi!

Trying to cut a little while keeping the muscle I have. Basically rotating 3 workouts out every 3 weeks. Adding in the dreaded cardio after every workout and 1 full hour of cardio a week. This has worked for me in the past. Let's see what happens.

Lean Bulking up this Autum/Winter. No more 93 kg as last year and they loosing 15 kg for the Summer. Slowly building up lean muscle mass and stay at 10% Fat. Goal: from 78 to 85! Boom!
