Hi Fitfam, I'm avg 1572 calories daily (144g protein/142g carbs/52g fat). I've gained 5 lbs since recently starting this journey. I know that muscle weights more than fat and after taking my BF measurements, I'm on my way down ( at 18.2%) which is great. I need some help on what I should possibly tweak in my diet or workout program to drop weight and not gain. Maybe I need to do more cardio? Suggestions appreciated..
