Longest prep day ever is finally done! Daily menu in case someone is interested: 1: whey iso shake w 1/2 cup oats, berries 2:1 cup egg whites, 1/2c edamame, small sweet potato mashed w cinamon,3: 4oz tuna steak w/ a salt/pepper dry rub, 1c green beans w lemon juice and garlic, 1c brown rice, 4: quest bar or tuna packet and spinach salad with cukes and carrots, 5: 4oz baked salmon, edamame and small sweet potato. 6: casein shake. So exhausted! Whew i need to hire a prep day coach to keep me on track. LoL
