Phew!!!! Day after my corticosteroid injection in my neck for herniated disks������and at midnight i was able to go to the gym and carefully work legs!!!! ����‍♀️����‍♀️����‍♀️����‍♀️����‍♀️Felt so good! I invited a new friend of mine which cut my workout a little short but we also got Starbucks and watched a scary movie so it was a great night and morning ao far. 3am and i made my healthy homemade tuna salad for a quick protein option! Bed time!!! Night fitties!
