HIIT Run/Power Walk ✔️ MACROS nutrients logged in ✔️ I'm meeting my Protein goal, but I guess I gotta adjust my fat and carb intake... My MFP is set at 1500 calories. Apparently, I have 449 calories remaining. Should I eat peanut butter and celery or call it a day?🤔 CAN'T BELIEVE I'M NOT HUNGRY! 😲
