So silly me set my alarm for 5:40am instead of 4:40am , so glad my hubs woke me up checking to see if i was still in bed cause im usually not,lol so had to skip the last mile run for sake of time but pushed it hard to get the rest of the workout done Day 29 #charliemike  round  2  Front  squat  Warm  up  set 1, 6 reps 50  lbs  Set 2-3, 2 reps  85 lbs  Set 4, 2 reps  90 lbs  Run 1 mile  8:50 Circuit  4 rounds  20  burpees  10 reps  overhead  barbell  walking  lunge 30 lbs  20 back  extensions

Didnt quite break my backsquat PR today but i was able to hit 90% without a spot. Lost balance for just a half second and almost lost it though. 465 lbs is not light! That 2x bodyweight squat will be mine soon. Current PR is 515. 85 lbs to go unless i keep losing weight then ill be even better off.
