I started Lee Labrada's program yesterday and the various lifts seem short. A bit angry with myself. I threw in a few sets of shoulder raises and chest presses to round it out. So total weight lifted was higher. I have cardio later. Lift heavy FitFam!!😠💪👊
The sun is the same in a relative way, but you're older. Shorter of breath and one day closer to death. Yep today is my birthday. I started it off right with a nice 3 mile jog. I'm planning on doing a few things things I've been wanting to do for a long time!
