Update: My body is finely adjusting to lifting at 70% of my max strength my workouts are feeling like they should in my opinion. I will be interested to see how it feels in 7 weeks, when I go to 85% of my max strength daily.

Day 3 of my low carb experiment amd i think im starting to "feel" the effects. Low as fuck energy, and im a little on edge. Only had 89g of carbs yesterday in a 3000 cal day, and it looks like I'm on track for a similar day today. No workout olanned today but i may go down for a little cardio....turn up the killswitch!!

So today was supposed to be my rest day but im gonna do back again since i really didnt get the full workout a couple days ago. Tomorrow can be my rest day (but i'll probably end up going anyways 😊)
