Arm still hurts, had to massage today and yesterday...so that didn't help for sure. So I continue with the cardio #cardioishardio 👅#countryheat I made it thru another one...my left glute isn't thrilled and my knees might just turn against me if I'm not careful lol 😂 the moves were easier and I have shitty knees anyway, so there is that ha! Happy hump day 🐪 hope it has been "NOT crappy" 😛✌
