Oh the lovely holidays are here, I must say it makes it so much harder to stay one track! Just put your all no matter what (even if your diet and/or workout aren't there best)! I am definitely excited about this other challenge starting so I can have more of a reason to stay focused! :) Have a wonderful Sunday and keep going!:)

Today starts day three of consent eating and drinking... I've done very well! I woke up hangover free and have gotten my workouts in. Just need to stay away from the snack table. The hardest part is not eating all the sausage!
