Ready to take responsibility for my size, and make a change. Just not happy with my look in clothes, or out for that matter.
Why I Love It:
I LIKE working out...I like the feel of accomplishment and knowing im taking a step closer to my goal. The feel after a good cardio session is euphoric.
How I Stay Motivated:
Talking to my cousin who told me to join bs, and looking at myself in the mirror. Shopping for a new dress usually does the trick too :(

none yet, having three babies in the past four years has left me looking like a hot mess.
