How I Started:
Took weight training in high school to learn initial basics. I got tired of being overweight and depressed. A couple years later I got serious.
Why I Love It:
It feels great and keeps me motivated to do other things. Lots of Female Attention. Helps my confidence. Seeing that visible progress every week. Wanting to prove to myself that I can do it. I want to inspire others.
How I Stay Motivated:
I visualize that I am wolverine.
BB Accomplishments:
Currently training a few friends in the gym based on their needs (injured knee/shoulder, fat loss, etc). One is a MMA fighter who I am conditioning for more balanced strength and endurance. I have inspired/motivated some friends to adjust to a healthier lifestyle. I got down to 140 lbs from 190, and now I am trying to grow muscle. I gained 20 lbs in 3 months. My strokes in tennis are monstrous without much effort. serving 120+ mph.
