I got these results through an extreme devotion to a new lifestyle. Prior to my heavy lifting and I stocked up on candy and junk food and followed a poorly designed training regimine...in fact it wasnt even structured. I just went in and picked up dumbbells every day and did arms and saw no result. My advice is to make sure your diet is up to par with you training. Make sure you are eating enough QUALITY foods. Also make sure that you stick to a workout program. Results will come!
Like your videos, Jet. What's the big deal about 315lb Dorian-style rows for reps? I do them all the time (while I'm sleeping):) I'm kidding, of course, and I wish you the best with your training! al
for upper body I mostly focus benching(from all angles), pullups, rows, deadlifts, military press, extensions and curls-the basics. For legs, squats, lunges, extensions etc
Whadup Daniel, You can't go wrong with the basics...Bench's, Squats, Deads, Military's. High and low rep, whatever. Focus on form and these will pack the mass on.
thanks for the add buddy, right now im just trying to really get that testosterone pumping through my veins so im doing lots of squats, bench, and deadlifts. of course i workout my whole body but to maximize gains im really hitting the big groups hard.
I have my exercises, sets, and reps listed in my account in the workout program section. I get my supplements at GNC or Wal-Mart. That's good that you started working out young. I started at 13 and I am glad I didn't wait until later. Good luck.
Squats, front squats, curls, bent over rows, dips, barbell pullovers, I cant do pushups for shit so Ive been trying to work on those. Ummm, I sort of follow the squats and milk routine, just look it up on google.
Good luck bro
Damn man your young as hell. Your not going to gain much muscle b/c ur so young. 16-17 is the ideal age to start lifting. But look at my body blog, I have my shoulder/tricep day on there.
