How I Started:
I have never been a thin, even when I was young. I'm tired of being fat and trying to find nice clothes. So I decided, 2009 would be the year I get my life on track. I joined a gym.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it takes the accumulated stress I have from work. All that pent up anger and frustration melts away when I walk the treadmill.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep on thinking about the supermodels. This may sound vapid, but, even though I may never get to size 0, thinking of getting there will make me a size 10 [hopefully :)]
BB Accomplishments:
Its been closer to 3 months and I have lost about 8Lbs. Its slow. But feels so good
Losing fat will make me look good. I want to look good. Everything in this world is based on your looks rather than the brains [most of the time]. I would like to change myself to be happy and confident. And, I need some distraction from the mundane life lolz..
