Background

When I Started: May 2001
HOW I STARTED:

I got started a year after having my third child, which my weight went as high as 250+ lbs.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I do so much for others, and this is something that is just for ME....not to mention how much i LOVE the results from working out & eating right!

Can't get it right.....

You know, I'm somewhat a shame to being back where I was in 2008. This has been the hardest challenge of my life. I've been over 200 plus pounds, and as low as 125lbs. I've adopted at healthy lifestyle, just to go back to indulging in whatever I want, with no though of what I was doing to all the hard work I put into changing my life. It is and can be embarrassing, but it also can show others that just because you fall it doesn't mean that you have to stay there. What exercise does for me

For the last month I have been on recovery mode, which included a break from my workout. And what I've noticed is that this can really not be apart of my life, for exercise has become my outlet...my "ME TIME".


During the last month I have also notice a change in my tolerance level and mood, which is not a good thing for me nor for the people around me either...lol.

This year I've been working on transforming my mind to get back on track with transforming my body. Last year, after my surgery, I took a break from competing, even though I competed in October 2010.
