I've struggles with my weight my entire adult life because of the many challenges I faced. But my challenges where not reason enough for me to stop. They may have slowed me down some, but I allowed them to NEVER stop me for going after the goals I set for myself so long ago. One of the goals in which I set for myself was to one day compete in my very 1st figure competition. Despite the fluctuation in my weight, I never let go of that goal. Reaching my goal will, 1st prove to myself that anything is possible with the right mind set. And secondly, inspire others to never give up on themselves, but fight with all they have to reach their goals.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 19 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
10%
Upcoming Contest:
Body Transformation Challenge and Figure Competition
Yesterday I competed in my very 1st figure comeptition. A dream of mine for over 8 years. Something that I planned to do by time I turned 35. Well, 35 came and left, but I did not allow that to stop me, nor did I allow my weight of 237 lbs stop the goal set.
That is where I am, too. I thought losing fat was hard. Building muscle is the challenge for me. I can't wait to see what you do next! You've definitely inspired me, this morning!
I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for putting me on your most inspirational list. It is people like you that keep me inspired as well as allowing me to believe that I can make a difference in people’s lives.
Oh Chelle, how wonderful momma! You go girl! I am deeply proud of you. You continue to inspire me to keep pushin' on to achieve my goals! Thank you sista!
Hey Rochelle thanks for the add, you're looking great. the progress you have made is outstanding, keep up the hard work! Congratulations are your award, you definitely deserved it! :)
Thank you for your wonderful reply. I would appreciate and regard it as an incredible honor if you would consider putting me on your “members that inspire list.” I am trying to work my way up the most inspirational ladder so that other amputees and people with handicaps can feel motivated and inspired to work out. So many handicapped people feel as though they can’t get into shape and I want them to know that they can.
