i just decided 1 day that i would try to get in the best shape in my life and started.
Why I Love It:
i love it because it is a way for me to get rid of stress and feel good about myself...it has become an addiction for me to exercise

i just tell myself it will always be worth it in the end and keep pushing myself to the limit
