I use a H.I.T workout plan spread over a four day split. I train one day on, one off & ocasionally take 2 days off if need be. 2-3 exercises per bodypart using 2-3 warm up sets then one final set to failure.
1) Delts, traps, triceps
2) Quads, hams, calves
3) Chest, biceps
4) Back
Cardio is performed 3 - 4 times a week in the offseason at 30 mins pre breakfast. |
