Yes bud. It was a tough light heavyweight class but I got 3rd out of 7 and qualified for the finals. I was giving away a lot of weight to the others so have dragged it in under 80kg for the finals. I am much more competetive at that weight.

I'm not doing anything drastic either for my show. A gentle Vit C dry out but no crazy depletion/load phase. I may have a little treat the night before if I feel I could be fuller. You look amazing anyway, so I think you can't fail. I will Pm you later, just a bit hectic at the gym right now. Just need to drag myself away from that pic of you.... :-)

We are gonna have to tly you over to my gym sometime for a photo shoot with my buddy Alex from the Beef magazine, a british BBing magazine. We are having Flex Magazine here soon too.

Hi fern. Hope you are well. Just thought I'd let you know I'm in prep now for a show on Oct 5th. Been dieting for just two weeks using a new protocol & have dropped 18lbs of fat already. It's freaky how well it's coming off & I hardly even feel like I'm dieting. Carbs quite low, not keto though, but on over 150g fats a day! will report back soon & will explain the method, if I end up looking right that is :-)

It's very much like the proper Gold's you have over there, not like the watered down versions we have in the UK. We have 10,500 square feet of brand new Hammer Strength & Life Fitness kit. Massive free weights section & a protein bar. Me & John are always helping someone out with contest prep. Love your new pics. You are a truly stunning woman Fern & should be proud of yourself. x

Nearly through the red tape, just got to wait another 5 weeks cos the guy at the council has been off work. we're going to start the building work in time for the change of use application to go through so we don't lose any more time. Come & see us, we'll be open by May.

You are welcome to come up to my gym if you need, once we open which should be in March. I am opening it with my buddy John Hodgson. He is an IFBB Pro and famous for his razor condition so who better to advise you?
