Background

When I Started: Oct 1991
HOW I STARTED:

Working at Weider. I was only 130lbs after a career as a racing cyclist and got sick of being so scrawny.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Self confidence boost. I also learnt a lot about what I am cabable of which transfers into other areas of my life.

My Workout Program

I use a H.I.T workout plan spread over a four day split. I train one day on, one off & ocasionally take 2 days off if need be. 2-3 exercises per bodypart using 2-3 warm up sets then one final set to failure.

1) Delts, traps, triceps
2) Quads, hams, calves
3) Chest, biceps
4) Back

Cardio is performed 3 - 4 times a week in the offseason at 30 mins pre breakfast.

I'm training really hard at the moment trying to get in good shape for my first competition in a few months time! However I'm having a few problems with my dieting plan.
