Goal (Long):
I am trying to lose my gut and get back the abs I used to have in High School. Building my arm muscles to levels they've never been at and getting my legs back into the crazy shape they used to be in. Transforming my whole body into a masterpiece of muscle. Also trying to get back down to my fighting weight of 170lbs.
