My weight has always gone up and down and I want to take control of this once and for all. I want to get down to 185lbs and see my abs. I also want to be able to bench press 315lbs.

I first heard about it when I heard the Navy Seals used it exclusively for their training. Then I read the same M&F article you did. That got me more interested and i've been doing it ever since. Love it and won't go back to regular lifting...no contest which is better.
Cool! Eh, I pulled something in my middle back a few weeks ago, but that is 99.9% better and I'm in the gym again. Trying a low volume approach, three days each week full-body workouts. I understand. Its hard to browse when all the links are on the main page. I just found it made me feel more competitve and I didnt like comparing myself with others. I didnt like how it made me feel
