For sure. If you bulk slowly you'll keep that good shape and it will be easy to monitor. I do +300-+500 calories above maintenance which keeps the slow bulk in check.
Hey man. Love the abs in your profile pic. Very Impressive! I do bulk and cut in cycles but I'm pretty careful not to gain a lot of fat when I'm in a bulk.
Sounds like a good plan. The most important thing I can ephesize is keep workouts short but intense and give your muscles adequate recovery time before tearing them up again. Don't train any muscle group more then 1X per week except abs.
Yeh I call that clean bulking and it's really the way to go. Consume high quality proteins with healthy fats like lean steak, wild caught salmon, ground sirloin, flank steak, and wild caught tuna. Take in quality low gi carbs with lots of fiber like brown rice, yams, 100% whole grain breads, and fruits and vegetables. Keep away from fast foods and empty calories at least 6 days out of the week.
yo yo..what up bro..how ou been man? I have been good, no complaints..
so, get in there and kill it bro..make some nice gains these next few months.

I'd say doing heavy bench presses is what helped me gain the most mass in my chest. I benched very heavy when I was younger and that lad the foundation for what I have now.
The most important things that helped me develope my chest were 1. Training with heavy weights, rarely doing anything light enough to even complete 8 reps, and then 2. being careful to not over train! I only train my chest 1X every 3 weeks! This no bull! Heavy intense training requires extended recovery periods in order for overcompensation to occur!
