I started my "FITNESS" journey in Gymnastics and Martial Arts and I guess there was a point where I became stagnate. I started lifting in college and have been lifting ever since.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding to me is like life support to a dying man. I literally feel sick if I am not able to train. It has allowed me to find that confident person that was always bound inside of me by demoralizing individuals that had self-image problems.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look in the mirror, stand on the scale. Or just open my eyes when I am walking down the street and realize the multitude of FAT ASSES that inhabit the earth.
BB Accomplishments:
I have overcome a complete leg reattachment from the knee down with a very slim chance that it would even work, so every time I load up the plates on the Leg Press or Squat Rack it is a battle won.
