Two years ago I transformed my body from a fat and pudgy high school senior, to someone who was wanting a new identity and body as he went to college. Here I am two years later, 230 lbs, overweight, and excessively lazy. I've let myself go back into my old ways and habits, and sadly all of my hard work is nowhere to be found. So that's why I'm out to change this. Over the course of the next year, I want to become incredibly lean and vascular all while maintaining the strength I've always had. I will accomplish this, and I will not accept anything other than completion.
I find you inspiring because I'm in nearly the exact situation as you used to be. I'm 20, 230 pounds, and chubby. Within the next two years I hope to have nearly as much progress as you have had.
For as long as I can remember, when I've been lifting I had only one thing in my mind, "Get Big!" Since I've matured a bit in the two and a half years I've last lifted, I've reached some conclusions regarding my shape and physique.
