I love to see results, and see how my body can transform itself with some applied effort!, I know Im not all cut up but when losing 100+ pounds you see yourself transform.
How I Stay Motivated:
How I stay motivated, well I just think about the past and imagine how I used to look like with an extra 107 pounds and I know I don't want to go back that direction. So that what keep me going to the gym 6 time a week and getting up at 5am to hit the gym and Im loving the results Im getting so far Im not were I want to be yet but I'll get there and I know it.
BB Accomplishments:
My major BB accomplishments that's a tough one, but the one that means the most to me is losing 107 pounds all natural no supplements to help at all and being able to see my biceps there small but I could see them I remember when I wasn't able to see them and now that I could see them a bit I love to flex them now lol.
yeah dude 2 or 3 pm is cool, i bet it is before the crowd comes in. yeah today i introduced her to deadlifts... But her stats are pretty good for 3 weeks of training with me.
Max Bench- 135 2 times
Max Dead- 90lbs 1 time
Max Squat- 155 2 times
weight is good, look at my progression pictures. I am just in class right now, Yeah im taking school days as rest days... I hit the deads at 315 yesterday... I feel well rested having a day off before back day and day off after back day... Well continue doing well bro. See you friday (my new shoulders/Lats day)
what did u have for dinner today?
I made a 7oz sirloin steak, 4oz sweet potato, 3cups of salad, 3oz broccoli... Ate it up at work..
My dessert
4oz cottage cheese
2.5oz greek yogurt
1.5 tablespoon Peanut Butter
5g Hersheys Dark choco Chips
1 teaspon Cocoa powdder
today i went to this diner in Glendora next to Patrillos called Flappy Jacks Pancake House.. Have you ever been there?? Well it was bomb dude better than Ihop!!! They even had the multi-grain and Nut pancakes... I conquered that meal along with 4 overeasy eggs... see i ate like a monster...
Hopefully you are doing it right and are overcoming those temptations.. Remember Temptations should only take place at 1 meal 1 time a week.
Yes bro today you were pumped and focused great job.. 13%bf is good...Tomrrow weigh yourself in the morning and then in 4 weeks we will weigh you again and in 6 weeks we will check your bf again
Mate, if I were you I'd really think about bulking for a while, maybe like 6 months, just so you get a good amount of muscle mass, then worry about cutting. That way you would have huge muscles, and as a bonus, they would be cut and lean. Not ripping on you, just trying to help.....
Yup next week we will add an extra ten to that total for you PROGRESS!!! In 3 weeks you will see a difference if u listen to me!

So your cardio will be Tues/Thurs/Fri and maybe the weekend..
amazing workouts this week...Monday was a feeling you had never felt before...Tuesday well you experienced that last week too...Wednesay your shoulder are going to be like boulders...today, your legs are going to be jello later and tomorrow well your arms lets just say Diesel in 4 weeks... Nutrition+Training+smart cardio= success..
yeah u r getting more defined but limit your cardio!!! You do too much!!! Do 10 min warmup then hit the weights and if there is time do 20 min max 3-4 times a day...
o yeah man the cellmass is great..its got glutamine, creatine and BCAA's. The glutamine is amazing for recovery..im rarely ever sore now. and the creatine helps to define whatever muscle i have. THe BCAA's are just good for u in general. I love Cellmass..get fruit punch flavored though

I go to the gym now around 7:15 now because my first class does not start until 1:30. I do not have to kill myself @ 6:00 anymore. Keep up the intensity and make sure to switch up your routine. If you have any questions ask me. I did deads today and damn im sore right now in my chest for some odd reason. I deadlifted 285 8 times
