How I Started:
Lifting for throwing shot put which evolved into lifting for playing football which evolved into lifting because I like to.
Why I Love It:
I like having the knowledge of the body that comes with being an experienced lifter in addition to being stronger than most.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't, I'm actually pretty lazy. Guess this is something I need to look in to?
BB Accomplishments:
Benching 275 for 2 in August of '06. That's pretty much it, all the rest of my lifts are only above average.
