Background

When I Started: Nov 2003
HOW I STARTED:

I wanted to do something after school that would keep me in shape since I was no longer involved in any organized sports. That later turned to me wanting to transform my body shape and size. I am a strong believer that consistency and effort in the gym and with your meals makes everything in life easier to manage because you know you can devote yourself to something and stay consistent with it.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It feels incredible to have that swell after a tough workout. It takes you from feeling normal, to feeling like a beast! There are few greater feelings than this
