How I Started:
I played football and the workout was required and i wanted to get fit.
Why I Love It:
I love to work out so i can see changes in my body, i want to take my body to the max and the Maximum Fitness magazine is my workout bible.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look up to anyone with enough determination to stay fit and ripped.
