When I tried on a new pair of pants and found myself with a size 36 in my hands and said No f***ing way!
Why I Love It:
Look good, feel good, more energy, get out of the house, checking out other guys.
How I Stay Motivated:
Always setting new goal. Looking for ways to improve. Good music helps a lot too. Nothing beats reading Men's Health and browsing BB.com!

I have never been muscular in any way. Was never into sports and want to be able to take my shirt off and see guys checking me out.
Goal (Long):
One of my goals is to gain confidence in my every day life. I want to be able to walk around with my shirt off and catch the attention of others. I lost the opportunity in my early years to take advantage of being skinny and having a crazy fast metabolism. Now, I need to work hard to gain muscle and put down that beer. My 40th is only a few years away and I don’t want to be that big guy at the bar, watching the game, and drinking pitchers of beer watching my waist line grow while my health deteriorates.

Best of luck in your progress! I understand the whole pants issue. I was up to a 40 at my heaviest - threw those all out and only have 32s now.

all my pics arent up yet because they arent what i want them to be, im going to be putting up more pics of myself when i go for my bodyfat test in a few weeks to see how much ive actually dropped from my body. then i will get more into detail with my pics. thanks for the add though and they will be up soon! :D

I'm really struggling with my weight at the moment. I think the initial growth was newbie gains, it's gone a bit crazy of late as you can see by the graph. As for the gay threads - there is the one in personals section that I post in.
