How I Started:
i got started by just looking around everywere i was an watching people around me. i noticed there was alot of overweight people an then i looked at my self an noticed i was gaining some body fat. this depressed me so know im going into this with full force an i am damn well dedicated to doing this.
Why I Love It:
i dont know when im lifting an running i just forget about everything an do it, then after im done with my workout i feel great all day. its a natural high i guess. its great!
How I Stay Motivated:
i focus, look at other people an then say to myself i dont want that or i do want that physique.
BB Accomplishments:
lost 10 lbs of body fat already but still need to loose more then cut it up seriously.
