All my life i've been a fat Kid...this time his gone now and i wan't to be something that only very dedicated person will have!!! I will put my data during the weekend...if somebody can help me with my goal. i've a lot of reading on the subject but i still can get to 8 or 10 %. But now i thing i've got more stock in my backpack and I WILL SUCCEED!!!

That's cool man..you're a beast! You'd do real good at 225 bodyweight and be mean looking and lean as ****! Yeah..I cut 14lbs out last month and I'm, going for a lighter weight before I bulk up to about 215-220 to start as a LHW I THINK. I have been killin' the cardio..you? I willw atch the thai knowckout later bro..don't let me forget. J
