Done with a somewhat successful cut. starting a bulk from today!
Goal (Long):
Been bulking up for 2 months.now its time to lose some weight(fat).I wanna lose 6 lbs by spring break.
My ultimate goal is to lower my %BF to %10...i know i got a long way to go!
here's a sample of my diet: EAT,EAT,EAT!!! Well the 1st few days i was putting down about 4000cals. I would eat about 240g of protein, 45g of fiber, and keep the sugar under 200g i think. I haven't been keeping track but i'm probably eating in the 3000some range now, but i'm starting to level off so i need to get it up around 4000 again.

G'day, just chillin out and glad to see the back of xmas functions, way too much food and frosties (beers hehehe). Gonna be deloading next week as body is just sore and falling apart. How about you? having a good weekend?
Training has been firing of late and the heat has really kicked in - 102F for the past few days and more to come. Bummer have to go to work as it's perfect beach weather for the win! So looking forward to Xmas and eating my body weight lol!
Thanks! Anyway, you could do dumbell lifts and do extra sets with you're weaker arm. Also, just moving the weight slower with your weak arm should make it catch up with your other arm.
day 2 pain for the win!! I am dreading next week as I have a charity run on but I need to bust out a big leg sesh! Is it still warm on your side of the world, we are gearing up for some heat, can't wait!
Hey! Actually I'm training for my 1st comp. About 5 weeks away. I'm doing a powerlifting comp in Ohio. I was struggling to get my power back after my last mass phase but the last couple of weeks has been giving me confidence. I'm hoping to total 900lbs for the comp. So how's everything with you?!
