Done with a somewhat successful cut. starting a bulk from today!
Goal (Long):
Been bulking up for 2 months.now its time to lose some weight(fat).I wanna lose 6 lbs by spring break.
My ultimate goal is to lower my %BF to %10...i know i got a long way to go!
Thanks! Anyway, you could do dumbell lifts and do extra sets with you're weaker arm. Also, just moving the weight slower with your weak arm should make it catch up with your other arm.

Hey! Actually I'm training for my 1st comp. About 5 weeks away. I'm doing a powerlifting comp in Ohio. I was struggling to get my power back after my last mass phase but the last couple of weeks has been giving me confidence. I'm hoping to total 900lbs for the comp. So how's everything with you?!
Never -- I am naturally muscular and love to train so my problem is trying not to look too big! My nickname is Man Arms - I stopped training them for a year and they didnt get any smaller just weren't defined anymore! I'm always cutting
I would try to use is sparingly...ideally only on your cheat day. It's not horrible for you (especially if you get the reduced fat) but it isn't great for you either...i know this is kinda vague, but it kind of also depends on your body and what else you are eating throughout the day
Thanks! No there are no men, it's a women's only facility. It’s a lot of fun, we have women of different fitness levels, younger women, older women. It’s really a great environment. One of my favourite classmates is a women in her 50’s who can do way more tricks then me, it’s really inspiring. If you have a pole dancing studio nearby I suggest you try it, you’ll be in for a pleasant surprise :)
