Workout Program:
Monday-Chest/ABS
Tuesday-Back/ABS
Wednesday-Shoulders
Thursday-Arms (Biceps/Triceps)/OBLIQUES & SERRATUS
Friday-Legs & Calves
Saturday and Sunday OFF

I do first weights for less than 1 hour, then abs (the indicated days above only) and it take less than 15 minutes. After all that I do cardio for 30 minutes.

I do cardio 4 days a week, from monday to thursday(When I want to get cut, I do another 30 minutes of cardio those days first thing in the morning and change the type of cardio or intensity used).
