I'm starting right now following the exercises which BB recommends using only my bodyweight when nobody is at home, because my parents don't let me go to a gym! I think that in a gym you can see faster results than training at home, if I can go to a gym and get some muscles I would like to compete! What about you?

i've been taking no explode and cellmass ,nitrix, syntha 6 protein it may cost a lil more money than other stuff but its sure worth it ,my friends even noticed the changes,i do alot of benchpresses,curls deadlifts ,and other stuff i dnt really mess with the cable stuff too much ,i do them all with high weights up your protein intake see if that works
