hey ort i just turned 18 and have been training since i was 12 just like yourself now that footballs over for me im tryin to get into the strongman gig ive got a long way to go but if you could send me some of your training regimen that would be great!! oh ad awsome rookie performance you and poundstone kill it out there

I saw you at the Arnold man you are a monstrous and awesome competitor! I felt strong when I picked up the 200 stone in the strongman booth and then wandered over and felt like a bitch as I watched you beasts throw around that 529 monster boulder. You guys have unreal strength and thanks for setting the bar so high for all of us always need that goal to shoot for
