Front Flexed - 161 lb Most Muscular - 185.1 lb & 8.7%
One week now on Xtend (pre & intra), Nitro-Tech Hardcore (post) & Syntha-6 (pre-bed).
After 4-week creatine cycle at 185.1 lb and 8.7% body fat. Note: I have no clue how to set the lighting to get the definition out more, but this is what I came up with (not good - too much light, therefore no definition).

My abs are visible, but I really want them to pop out, so that's why I started a strong regime today and hope I will see some results in a month or two.

My above mentioned supplements are almost up. I have gained 10 pounds since the last pic of this kind, and improved my obliques.

This was only my second training day after missing one week due to a stomach virus. My weight has gone down 4 lbs. I know I'm still skinny, but I look ripped, too. The lats and triceps are showing in this pic pretty well, and the chest to shoulder connection looks good, too.
