My abs are visible, but I really want them to pop out, so that's why I started a strong regime today and hope I will see some results in a month or two.

My above mentioned supplements are almost up. I have gained 10 pounds since the last pic of this kind, and improved my obliques.

Put on muscle on chest, arms & shoulders, abs are better visible now.

My upper back got wider and more muscular, the traps have also been growing.

This was only my second training day after missing one week due to a stomach virus. My weight has gone down 4 lbs. I know I'm still skinny, but I look ripped, too.
The lats and triceps are showing in this pic pretty well, and the chest to shoulder connection looks good, too.

The lighting is a bit off (too much light from above), but you can see the improved width of my back.
