Can you please tell me a little about how you changed your diet in order to make the muscles grow constantly? I basically want to do the same as you, get lean muscle mass instead of pigging out.

When I look in the dictionary for "holy frickin' lean muscle mass", I see a picture of you next to it. Great job!

You've got some very high quality muscle, which you see very rarely! Amazing progress in three years! And your arms are Lee Priest-esque! What do you think helped you the most getting such a physique?

Thanks for the motivating words. But I'm not into heavy weights right now, my trainer (who has an MA in Exercise Phisiology and has been training for over 30 years) preaches perfect form instead of heavy weights, and you'll see totally huge guys going lightweight in that gym. I've gained weight since picking up that style, but it is hard for me to stay motivated, because everybody in that gym is much bigger than me, and I also have a hard time adding weight.

Wow, those are the best abs I've seen in a while! Great definition, but some more mass would definitely help.

Thanks for your comment in my thread. I see that you have added some crazy weight, did the 'homemade gainers' post-workout help you in that process, and if yes, to what extent? And how do you prepare them?

No, I'm just trying to get some mass first. I'm 183, when I add 15 more, we'll see. ;)

Those are some beastly squats (600x2)! You much did you do when you first started out (after 1 to 2 years of training)?

You have added some serious mass from 2006 to 2007 in one year alone, and you are getting noticeably huger with each day! How did you add so much mass one year after starting out? Keep it up!
