How I Started:
I started working out in 2004 with dumbbells (without a clue), and from 2007 I've been working out lightly with various basic exercises. Since 2004, there were many on-and-off times, but in August 2008 I decided that I really want to develop my body and joined a gym.
Why I Love It:
Pumping is my remedy! I can see my progress, and I love the pump. I also like to always try to get better than I am now.
How I Stay Motivated:
Even if I don't see much progress, I know that my body is transforming. I just keep on training and eating, because I know I will get results sooner or later. I also always try to be better than another person, so that keeps me going.
BB Accomplishments:
I've straightened my hunch back (light kyphosis).

Back Double Biceps - 161 lb Front Relaxed - 177 lb
1.5 months into training in a gym. Couple of days with Xtend (pre & intra), Nitro-Tech Hardcore (post) & Syntha-6 (pre-bed).
In a different room and with different lighting than the last one. I'm totally relaxed and cold here.

I am trying to add weight in a controlled way, by additionally doing deadlifts and squats, who should add overall mass. I also want my back to get wider and more powerful, and I'm trying to do that with 5 perfect-form pull-ups about 5 times a day (except on back day).

You have to try different things. if low reps works for you just do them. if high reps works do them. in my case low reps works... but remember a importent thing genetics . if you arent genetic giftet with big arms they will not get big. Only if you do roids :).. but just train them heavy and often.

Stay consistant, strict form, and eat good. Barbell Curls, Hammer Curls., and Dumbell Curls. Do that and they will grow just stick with it.
