Whole Foods Diet
I have recently adopted a whole foods diet and after starting this weekend and getting up to speed on how it will effect me to no longer have meat, dairy, or any animal products in my diet I think I am ready to share the start of this journey. I know a all vegetable diet is not for everyone, but I do urge everyone interested in their health and fitness to take a look at the benefits and maybe incorporate more whole foods into their diet.
