Get faster by hopefully breaking my pb of 11.3 and making that a sub 11 by next year May, add a little more size to my arms without compromising my speed, get focused on consistent and hardcore training...
As far as short term goals go, I would like to gain 20 - 24 pounds as quickly as possible in order to fight heavyweight. I am eating like crazy, and lifting like a maniac. After my fight I will continue bulking until I plateau, then cut.
