I set short term goals that will eventually get me to accomplishing my long term goal.
BB Accomplishments:
At 180 in Iraq I benched 475 3 times in a MWR contest. Won against guys that were like 215-230 and experienced lifters, I had just begun in like June of that year and the comp was in August.
Now I just learned that I have to swim a kilometer today. This wouldn't be that bad, but......it's raining, and I have to do it in ACUs and boots. I also worked out this morning(PT) and did my weight shit at lunch. Good times. I gotta double up on the calories today.
My 3 month workout from July to September. This is all inclusive, what I do everyday.
Every Monday to Friday regular Army PT:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 0630 3 sets of push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups to failure and a 4-5 mile run.
Tuesday and Thursday at 0630 - Core workout -

Just stopping by to see what’s up. I’m down about 14 pounds now. I cut my cycles from 20 weeks at a time to 8 weeks a cycle. I’m on day 2 of cycle 1, how’s things for u?

Just stopping by to see how things are going. Im starting to go to the gym twice a day, sense I never know when I have to go play army. The diet is coming along good. I just moved into our trailers so once I get my kitchen together I can hit the diet as hard as I hit the gym. What’s up with u?
