My Workout Program
Every Monday to Friday regular Army PT:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 0630 3 sets of push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups to failure and a 4-5 mile run.
Tuesday and Thursday at 0630 - Core workout -
10 sets of 35 sit-ups,
4 sets of 10 figure 4 crunches,
4 sets of 10 reverse crunches, obliques,
3 sets of 10 roman deadlifts with light weight.
Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday - From 1000 to 1700 - 40 push-ups every hour.
Every Tuesday, Thursday - 40 push-ups every half hour.
Here's my weight training program for the week:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday-
3 Sets of 10-12 all pull muscles
Tuesday and Thursday-
3 Sets of 10-12 all push muscles
Saturday I go on a long run and stretch for about a half hour.
Sunday I stretch for a half hour and drink water.
