well i find heavy compound the best. but the main factor is diet, rememberign that you gotta eat less than you burn to lose weight. I used madcows 5x5 because i like strength programs, itll be pretty useless doing a hypertrophy program on a cut.

I squat three times a week on bill starrs 5x5 program. my advice is squat heavy and eat properly. i dont have any secrets or anything lol.

thanks man, i dont have any insight or secrets. all i do for my legs is squat and they've grown favourably. its just the way we are, my legs grow easily and yours dont, i would make sure your form is good and go below parellel, if youve already done that then theres nothing else i can give you.

sorry about the late comment, i dont usually check my comment box to see if theres anything new.
well, im planning to cycle steroids to become bigger and stronger, but im nto planning to compete right now, things might change in the future. i would like to do strongman and move into that area of lifting.
its not a set path, only time will tell.
