thats a hell of a goal if you get to that then i feel bad for that offensive center lol a strong upper body is all well and good but obviously im sure you know football especially us big boys on the line need more leg power and explosiveness.....good luck and lift hard

Dude, football rules. I can't imagine benching 280 by 4. I just started benching 2 plates.

Wut up weakboi...jus messin...you want to increase your bench do sum research on how your muscles work...they absorb tension and create force...how fast they do this is called rate of force...increase one of these three variables it will increase your overall strength...if you want to learn more ask...peace son...

Ey Dude wot up? Im playing football over in the UK. This is my first season and i just wondered if u know of any specific Gym exercise to really improve my power when i hit. I wanna gain a little wait too im a SS at 5 11 n like 170 lbs give or take a couple.
Any thoughts

Im actually a solid size I just look really tiny next to Mr. O. My school breeds us for strength i think because most kids on the football bench more than me... clean and jerk is more of my specialty... but I go to school in florida so the football talent in my area is very high so i guess thats expected
