olu23 Yes sir, hign intensity interval training. So what I do is, i mix it up. I'll do tredmill on 11-12 speed and do sprints back and forth. 30 seconds sprinting, 30 seconds resting. Do this back and forth for 5-10 mins, so it will be 5-10 sprints. Sounds like few but itll do work. Or incline the tredmill and run for 1 min walk for a min back and forth. On elliptical up the levels and hit it hard on intervals, which is the same high level low level back and forth. Oct 3, 2012 10:02am
