Hi! Thanks for asking about abs. I've found that really there is little training that impacts my abs - its almost all diet. If I get low body fat, they look great. Higher body fat and they disappear. I do believe in core training and the routine I've used for almost 8 years now is here:

Thanks for asking, I appreciate you!

It's coming! Had a bit of a setback earlier this year but back on to complete a marathon this November, run another early 2008 and then tackle the ultra later that year!

Hey thanks for stopping by and for the comment. Yes, always nice when the sun's out. Cold, foggy, and wet - had my fill of those, it's supposed to be SPRING here now, LOL. My race coming up is probably going to be 80 - 90 so I want to train in hotter. Best of success with all you do,
Jeremy

Does your sister have a profile here too? Best of success with that Triathlon, plenty of time between now and then. Hope you had a great workout and I look forward to hearing of your progress to the event as well as your "race report" when it's done!

Hey, groovy pictures. I never got to see the video from my ACL ... however, as I mentioned to you, you can definitely come back 110%! One word of advice, however - when you get lean, the bolts do protrude a tad. Not enough to really show on photos or stage, but you'll notice it. That's when I'd go to using wraps on that knee for dead-lifts and squats.

Dawn, thanks for stopping by and for the kind words of encouragement. You look PHENOMENAL ... congratulations for all of the hard work and dedication. I wanted to write to wish you the best of health, success, abundance, and of course, your IFBB Pro Figure status.
I had complete reconstructive surgery on my right ACL ... I feel you on the rehab there!
Warmly,
Jeremy
