My goal is to help motivate and teach all woman of any age that we CAN have the body we dream of!!
Goal (Long):
I worked my ass off last year and placed 3rd in CT Northern States figure competition. VERY COOL... Then we moved to California and changed my life!! We closed our Gym in CT and now have reopened our personal training studio here in California !! LOVE LOVE LOVE motivating woman and teaching them how to change thier lives.. Eating right and exercising WILL bring you the body you dream of.. It is NOT a FantaC !!

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I always email my good friend T -- we share our goals & push each other.. It is important for me to do good for myself so I inturn can be a good motivator for her.

Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
GREAT ! yesterdays workout worked LOL i'm nice and sore in my back -- shouldve worked harder in my chest but i'm pleased with what I accomplished in the gym !! getting there for starters LOL Gonna wait a bit and do my arm/shoulder routine

Patti, First of all you look about 30. Tops. Hot, yes you are HOT. I find it extremely difficult to believe you are in your 40's because you look nowheres near it. If you found the fountain of youth, woul you please share it lol. You look fantastic from what I can see of you. Keep up the great work!
